OTC pitches for selling new issues on line securities system

The Over The Counter Exchange of India (OTCEI) has made a strong pitch for an on-line securities offer system for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on its nationwide network. The presentation which was made to SEBI yesterday is being considered favourably by the regulatory authority.
