UPSEB plans to set up 10 naphtha-based units

[Details] Close on the heels of the Centre's decision to assist ailing state electricity boards to improve their financial health, the Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board (UPSEB) -- ranked among the five most loss-making SEBs -- has chalked out plans for setting up 10 naphtha based power plants of 100-150 mw each.
