IIT MBA students bag prize

MUMBAI, November 2: The Department of Management Studies of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, achieved a major landmark when in its first year of inception of MBA, two of its students--Ankur Dhingra and Gaurav Agarwal--won the first prize at the National Paper Presentation Competition (Delphique '97) organised by the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. There were around 130 papers presented in the competition from premier management institutes located throughout the country.The paper focussed on using the `Human Resource Division as a Change Agent for Achieving Total Customer Orientation' in an organisation. The paper was written with the guidance of Dr K T Bhal, assistant professor (human resources) DMS, IIT Delhi.
