NEW DELHI, Nov 23: The $222-million US-based Hyperion Software Corporation, leading financial software solutions company, has tied up with Baan Infosystems India Ltd to sell, implement and support its products in India. Hyperion develops, markets and supports comprehensive analytical solutions that enable large companies to improve financial performance by maximising the value of information. The applications which are internet/intranet support and enhances enterprise-wide financial processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, multi-source consolidation and performance analysis. Hyerion had entered into a worldwide alliance with the Baan Company, a leading enterprise wide business management software solutions company, in July this year. The two companies have now extended the relationship to India. As per the arrangement between the two companies, Baan will add Hyperion's solutions for budgeting, consolidation and reporting.
