Crisil assigns P1+ rating to IPCL commercial paper

[Details] The Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd's (IPCL) debt programme of raising funds through commercial paper (CP) issue has been given the highest rating of P1+ by the Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd (Crisil). IPCL is planning to raise Rs 300 crore through the CP issue.

Ace Labs plans firm allotment to institutions

[Details] Ace Laboratories is planning a firm allotment of Rs 4 crore to financial institutions and banks along with its rights issue next year. The 1:2 rights issue has been priced at a premium of Rs 10 per share. However, financial institutions will have to cough out a higher amount of Rs 25-30 per share.

LIC fund to expand Dhanvarsha series, offer 11.88% assured returns

[Details] LIC Mutual Fund plans to launch yet another scheme in the Dhanvarsha series. The scheme - Dhanvarsha (11) - has a five-year duration and offers both income and growth options. Income for the subsequent years will be declared before the end of the preceding year and paid by way of post-dated cheques for one year. The scheme has a one year lock-in, after which repurchases will be done at the net asset value.
