  Prasar Bharati, Star TV, WorldTel, Pilcom to end cricket telecast row
Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), WorldTel, Star TV and Pilcom have decided to work out a compromise formula for their ongoing legal tussle regarding the telecast rights of the 1996 cricket World Cup. The parties have reportedly informed the arbitrator for the case, NKP Salve, about their willingness to work out such a package.

US first dog kicks off "lawsuit"
When US president Bill Clinton named his dog "Buddy" last month little did he know he would face potests and a possible lawsuit half way across the globe. Jordanian village mayor Sheikh Badi Rasheid al-Yahya Banisakhr said that he is filing a lawsuit to force Clinton to change the name of the first dog, which is pronounced badi in Arabic.
