ITC Classic Finance poll

Shareholders of ITC Classic Finance (equity and preference) have approved the company's amalgamation with ICICI at separate meetings held on January 12. Results of the poll conducted on Monday show that 99.93 per cent of the votes cast went in favour of the resolution.
