Centre wants four nominees on SWC board
Our Corporate Bureau
SWC board -- LC Gupta and CK Hazari -- both CLB appointees. The seven financial institutions, which together control over a 25-per cent stake in SWC, do not have any nominee on the company's board.The CLB is now expected to study its earlier order requiring the company to have an FIs' nominee on the board in the light of the three-sided argument to the case.
