Nusli Wadia denies move to enter Tata Sons
MUMBAI, January 22: The office of Nusli Wadia has issued the following statement in response to our story on Thursday about his entry into Tata Sons.The statement reads: `` The Financial Express headlined Nusli Wadia set to make an entry into Tata Sons as shareholder is totally false. What is even worse is the fact that the writer checked with SA Sabavala of Tata Sons, who categorically stated that the information is untrue. Despite this, he decided to carry the story without further checking with either Nusli Wadia or any spokesman of Wadia group as to the veracity of the story. Baseless stories such as these mislead the general investor public, the stock exchanges, as also create unnecessary turmoil in the organisations they write about.''
