  HLL acquires a minority stake in Tasty Bite Eatables
Hindustan Lever Ltd (HLL) has picked up a minority stake in the Pune-based, cash-strapped food-processing company, Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. The deal came through with the acquisition of a 49% stake in Grand Food & Catering Consultants Pvt Ltd, which holds 51% in Tasty Bite Eatables.
  Uno diesel to outstrip petrol model cost
Premier Automobiles Ltd (PAL) is planning a price differential of Rs 65,000 between the petrol and diesel versions of Fiat Uno. The diesel version is expected to be on the roads before the end of the current fiscal. The petrol version of the car is now available at around Rs 3.62 crore.

Voltas-AIG to supply air-conditioners for Telco small car
Voltas-AIG, the joint venture between the diversified Tata group company and Air International Group of Australia, has bagged the mandate to supply air-conditioners for the Telco small car. The order is likely to turn into a major money-spinner for the Voltas-AIG.
Parke-Davis employee shareholders withdraw plea on Marol unit sale
Parke-Davis employee shareholders have withdrawn their suit against the company over the proposed disposal of the Marol facility after a successful voluntary-retirement scheme (VRS) offer. The Parke-Davis VRS package offered employees an option of a lumpsum payment and part-pension payment.

BOC expects to generate business worth Rs 200 cr
BOC India Ltd, which has the capacity to produce 2200 tpd of industrial gases and more than 20 per cent share of the retail market, expects to generate business worth Rs 200 crore from a couple of projects which are in advanced stages of negotiations.
