Sony Computer develops personal digital assistant
Sony Computer Entertainment Inc, a unit of Sony Corp has developed a miniature personal digital assistant (PDA) that can download data from its popular PlayStation games console. The new product will be about the same size as Bandai Co Ltd's hit toy, the virtual pet tamagotchi, and has functions like a handheld game player.

Placement is not one of the reasons why bright young kids make a beeline for B-schools, it is the only reason. B-schools usually take pride in their placement records and prominently display their list of traditional recruiters as medals of honour. Overseas buyers flock to Delhi carpet fair
The four-day Carpet Expo India'98 has generated business worth Rs 300 crore, in addition to business worth Rs 10 crore under negotiation, according to an official release. The expo was organised by the All India Carpet Trade Fair Committee under the aegis of the Development Commissioner for Handicrafts in the Union textiles ministry.
