New Delhi, February 23: T-SERIES is likely to serve an ultimatum to Gopal Krishna, estranged uncle of late Gulshan Kumar's son Bhushan Kumar, in the next couple of days for withdrawing the company's logo from products manufactured by Krishna's companies.Kumar said that he is all set to serve Krishna with a notice for the withdrawal of the T-Series logo if the latter continues to irritate Kumar and his two uncles - Darshan Kumar and Kishan Kumar. The 21-year-old managing director of Super Cassette said that the possibility of a compromise is remote since all the family members are unwilling to transfer any more property in Krishna's favour.
"Compromise means stakes will be shared, but in this case it all depends on whether I wish to give him anything," Kumar said. "However, as things stand I am not willing to give anything more than what my father had given him," he added.
According to Kumar, his late father had given Krishna the control of two companies, Gopal Soaps and Rajni Industries, apart from ahouse in Greater Kailash.
For Kumar the only feasible solution is the leasing out of a factory (number 31 and 32) in Noida for the expansion of Rajni Industries. However, Kumar made it clear that the shares would not be transferred since such a transaction will attract massive capital gains tax.
