New Delhi, February 27: Cooper & Lybrand of UK and Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) are being considered for appointment as consultants by the government for setting up of the proposed Power Trading Corporation (PTC).Official sources told The Financial Express that Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), in its approach paper on setting up of the trading corporation, has said these two consultants can be given the mandate of suggesting an organisational structure along with the financial arrangements and capital structuring of the company.
Sources said a meeting was recently held by the ministry to discuss the approach paper.
