Brussels, Mar 9: Tax issues will head a thin agenda for European Union finance (Ecofin) ministers meeting in Brussels on Monday, with single currency plans expected to get barely a mention. The meeting will officially set the ball rolling towards tax coordination in the EU and may see ministers take a first step towards European Investment Bank (EIB) lending to Bosnia.
European Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) will not feature heavily despite publication last week of EU countries' figures for qualification for the single currency and reports that central bankers have doubts about some countries' eligibility.
