LML: Get ready for a rally

June 25: The uptrend which lasted for 16 months on the counter of LML Ltd ended during the third week of April this year. And in its corrective phase, the stock has fallen from Rs 172 to Rs 71 two days back. The current positions of the price chart and the oscillators, however, suggest that the stock is likely to witness a sharp rally.A small divergence shown by the 21-day RSI besides a move above the triggerline further confirm that the corrective phase is over. The medium term MACD too has moved above the triggerline in the oversold zone. All these factors point towards a rally which can bring 15-20 per cent returns from the current level of Rs 82.
