Atul Choksey picks controlling stake in Infoway Solutions
The former Asian Paints co-promoter and managing director Atul Choksey has finally announced his much-expected foray into the software industry. Choksey has taken a controlling stake in the Bangalore-based Infoway Solutions, a start-up venture promoted by Ajay Chakravorty, the former chief executive officer (CEO) of PCL Mindware.
