Multilingual software speaks volumes
Even Mr Bill Gates has to unbend if he wants to release his Windows '98 in some of the Asian markets. Microsoft has to offer the Japanese version of Win'98 in Japan while the Chinese version had better be shipped to China. But no such problems for Microsoft in India. It can release the English version and not even think about offering it in Indian languages.
Balancing between brag and rejection
The Five-Minute -- Brag Lonier says the technique is very popular at the workshops she conducts but it is "often misunderstood, because its name implies "boring". Actually, if used skillfully, this conversational technique is neither lengthy nor boring. A FMB is a well-prepared series of phrases about yourself that become a natural part of your conversation.
