Centre likely to ease stringent money-laundering provisions
Barely hours after its introduction in Lok Sabha, the Prevention of Money Laundering Bill (PMBL) has run into rough weather with the industry deciding to vehemently protest against some of the harsh provisions proposed in the bill.

The India Meteorological Department (IDM) has predicted that the remaining part of the monsoon season will be normal. This is in spite of the regressive decline in cumulative area-weighted average rainfall to 100% of the normal in the week ending July 29.
