South Indian Bank to enter market with Rs 52 cr premium issue
South Indian Bank (SIB) will enter the capital market with a Rs 52 crore premium issue during the second half of September. The bank will offer 1.60 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 22 per share.
Resurgent India Bond launched in Europe
The State Bank of India's five-year Resurgent Bonds, to mop up US$ 2 billion from non-resident Indians (NRIs) and overseas corporate bodies, were launched all over Europe with big roadshows.
Net FII investments fall to $9 million
The net investment by foreign institutional investors has dropped to $ 9.6 million during the week ended July 31 compared to $ 20.6 million in the previous week.
