New tourism policy

New Delhi, Aug 6: The government will soon announce a new tourism policy with measures to promote the country as an ideal destination. For this purpose, prime minister Atal Behari Vajpayee has asked the state governments to constitute an "inter-departmental coordination committee'' for successful implementation of the national tourism policy.
