New Delhi, Sept 2: The Kanpur civil court has directed the two warring parties -- Singhanias and Piaggio -- to submit their written replies till September 14 on the LML dispute.The court had earlier fixed the date as September 1. The next date of hearing will be fixed by mutual consent of both the parties. Sources said that the Singhanias' counsel has suggested September 22.
The court is expected to announce an order on the plea by the Singhanias challenging their partner Piaggio's contention that the dispute over LML Ltd be transferred to the Singapore-based International Chamber of Commerce for arbitration.
