Satyam Renaissance Consulting Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Satyam Computer Services Ltd, has bagged a business transformation contract from the Rs 850-crore EID Parry (India) Ltd's ceramics division.The contract involves reengineering business processes to eventually help the division evolve into a process-centric enterprise, a Satyam Computers release said.
The process-centric enterprise represents an advanced organisation model for competing in the new economic order, and for the implementation of which Satyam Renaissance has developed new methodologies.
