Marketing support by states boosts sales
In Rajasthan, SSI units are provided marketing support through exhibition complex- cum- trade centres. It is proposed to set up an integrated exhibition complex - cum - World Trade Centre at Jaipur, seven km from the upcoming international airport and 250 km away from Delhi.

It is a business where most entrepreneurs are thriving on a knife's edge. Profits notwithstanding, small cable television operators in Delhi have to do with a plethora of infrastructural and operational hindrances. There are no effective government regulations, industry is utterly unorganised and competition is fierce.
