10th Plan outlay for roads seen up at Rs 50,000 crore
The outlay for the roads sector is projected to go up to about Rs 50,000 crore in the Tenth Plan to take care of the spillover projects from the Ninth Plan and new ones for bridging the deficiencies in the nation's road network.
