Ficci moosts market-revival measures
The sluggishness in the capital market can be overcome through a series of measures including disinvestment by PSUs in a planned way, encouraging some blue-chip companies with a good track-record to go public and allowing buy back of shares, according to the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci).
