Achieving stability

Governor's role needs to be reviewed
It is not necessary for Indian states to suffer their governors. Those who have now and then campaigned for the abolition of this ugly embellishment of state capitals are wont to compare today's governors with yesterday's residents and political agents.
US fears over N-tests are justified
Why is the US worried about an economic weakling such as India or Pakistan developing and successfully testng their own atomic bomb, which they may never be able to use even if they could develop the capability to direct them to their targets?
