House of Jiwadaya Netraprabha unveils new drug: The Mumbai-based House of Jiwadaya Netraprabha, known for its Ayurvedic eye drops and other formulations for the last 66 years, on Monday launched `Jiwadaya Tej Pushpi.' The new product contains brahmi, shankhpushpi, ashwagandha, shatvari, sunth and jestimadh as the ingredients to stimulate the intellect, help concentration and sharpen memory. According to managing director Deepak Shah, the new product has been developed and manufactured intamper-proof packings at the groups' factory at Andheri in north-west Mumbai, equipped with automated filling and sealing machines.
Informatics, True Software sign pact: The Mumbai-based Infomatics Set Marketing, an engineering tools software and service provider, has entered into an open-ended distribution agreement with the US-based True Software Inc, a leading supplier of enterprise application management software. Informatics will sell and support True's products throughout the country under this agreement. As applications move from the host to the multi-platform distributed architecture, managing these becomes a complex process. True Software provides mainframe class controls for applications through every phase of their lifecycle, monitoring inter-dependencies and ensuring application availability. Infomatics specialises in marketing and supporting third-party packaged software engineering tools.
Silicon Graphics, Real 3D form strategic alliance: Silicon Graphics and Real 3D haveformed a strategic partnership which includes a minority equity investment in Real 3D by Silicon Graphics. Lockheed Martin remains the majority owner of Real 3D while Intel and SGI will hold minority interests. SGL and Real 3D will establish cooperative marketing, technology and business development arrangements. Real 3D will be a preferred supplier of graphics technology for certain future SGI visual computing products, the two companies will collaborate on future software technologies and initiatives, and SGI will assist in the marketing of Real 3D's content creation hardware such as RealScan 3D.
Hyundai receives 15,470 customer orders: Hyundai Motor india received 15,470 customer orders on full payment basis between October 8 and October 12. It plans to clear the delivery order by February next. The company kicked off its nation-wide Santro delivery on Tuesday by presenting the keys of the vehicles to three priority customers. The cars were handed over by the company's executive director(marketing and sales) JH Kim as the star celebrity Shah Rukh Khan could not make it. Launched on September 23, Santro is available in three variants -- one standard and two deluxe -- and six colours.
