Indian Oil, ONGC plan tieup for integrated operations abroad
India's first fully-integrated oil company is likely to take its roots abroad. The Indian Oil Corporation and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation are in talks for an alliance that will cover a gamut of activities -- exploration, production, refining and marketing -- overseas.
