Manju AB
Mumbai, Dec 2: Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd has firmed up plans to lease a part of its new headquarters at Powai, near Andheri in Mumbai. The company has appointed international consultants Knight Frank to find a lessor for part of the property.

The new building has a total area of about 1,20,000 square feet. Of this about 20,000 square feet will offered on lease to a single party.

All offices of Colgate-Palmolive have officially shifted to the new premise from November 30, 1998. Earlier, the compamy's offices were scattered at various locations like Apeejay House, Cambatta Building, Manek Mahal, Raheja Centre and Vaswani Mansion. All the offices of the company will be located under one roof at Powai. Colgate was functioning out of leased premises right since 1958.
