Asia Infrastructure to pick up stake in GIPC through preferential order
The Gujarat Industrial Power Company is planning to issue Rs 86-crore worth of partly convertible preference shares to Asia Infrastructure Mezzanine Capital, a foreign infrastructure fund, on preferential basis.
100 companies in HSE's missing list
At least 100 companies out of the listed 842 companies on Hyderabad Stock Exchange (HSE) are found missing, according to a study conducted by the exchange on 'express' orders of the SEBI.
Icra rates ICICI Rs 17,500cr debt programme
Term-lending institution ICICI has drawn up plans for big mopups from the domestic debt market and has got rated for debt instruments worth Rs 17,500 crore. It plans to raise Rs 10,000 crore worth of long-term funds and a further Rs 7,500 crore in short-term debt.
