Crisil assigns AAA rating to Tata Sons debentures
Crisil has assigned a triple-A rating to the Rs 150-crore non-convertible debenture issue of Tata Sons Ltd. It has also reaffirmed the triple-A rating assigned to two NCD programmes of the company amounting to Rs 250 crore. The rating on Tata Sons' fixed deposit programme has been reaffirmed at triple-A. Meanwhile, Crisil also has reaffirmed the double-A+ rating assigned to two NCD programmes of Tisco amounting to Rs 616 crore.
