Qualifications: Degree in Law. Post Graduate Degree in Law with specialisation in Company Law and contractual matters will be an added advantage

Experience: 20 years' post-qualification executive experience, out of which 2 years should be in the PSU scale. He will be responsible for compliance with statutory requirements under various applicable laws, liaising with counsels, rendering legal advice and assistance to the other departments of the corporation including projects spread all over India. Knowledge of law relating to contracts, Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Income Tax, labour, service matters, Customs and Excise, Land Acquisition, Company Law, IT Act, Stamp and Registration and Limitation Act, Civil and Revenue matters is necessary
