Telco better show, pares losses to Rs 22 crore
The Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company (Telco) has reported a net loss of Rs 21.58 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 1998, a marginal improvement from the loss of Rs 27.66 crore from last year.
IDBI records Rs 1,008 cr net, disbursals up 1%
The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has posted a Rs 1,008-crore net profit in the first nine months (April-December) of the current fiscal.
VSNL bottomline at Rs 268 crore
Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) has posted a net profit of Rs 268.4 crore in the third quarter of fiscal 1998-99. Total income from operations stood at Rs 1,781.2 crore.
