MTNL set to hive off value-added services
The Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) is close to hiving off its value-added services into a separate subsidiary to be called Prime Telecommunications. The subsidiary will be based out of Mumbai, the commercial capital of the country.
