NPPA increases prices of 14 formulation packs
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on Tuesday announced an increase in prices of 14 formulation packs including Deriphyllin used in treatment of asthma and Levodopa tablets used as protection against Parkinson's disease.
RBI develops client service rating model
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has developed a rating model to evaluate customer service in banks. The central bank is expected to use its findings to identify and improve the weak areas of service of banks and their branches and also understand the perception and constraints of bank employees at the branch level.
DoT seeks further 15% fee arears by Aug 15
The department of telecom (DoT) has moved a Cabinet note which requires existing cellular and basic licence holders to make a further upfront payment of 15% of licence-fee arrears on or before August 15, impose a lock-in period of five years on the present shareholding and extend the licence period to 20 years.
