The registration certificate would be issued to the USA-based Prudential Insurance Company of America and Luxembourg-based companies, Asian Capital Holdings Fund, Fidelity Funds-Technology Fund and RG Capital Growth Funds, on receipt of Fera approval from RBI and registration fee from the applicants, Sebi said in a statement here.
