FII status for four more funds
Mumbai, Oct 5: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on Tuesday approved foreign institutional investors (FII) registration to four foreign investment funds, taking the number of FIIs registered with it to 482.The registration certificate would be issued to the USA-based Prudential Insurance Company of America and Luxembourg-based companies, Asian Capital Holdings Fund, Fidelity Funds-Technology Fund and RG Capital Growth Funds, on receipt of Fera approval from RBI and registration fee from the applicants, Sebi said in a statement here.
