`Private MFs bullish on private firms'Private equity funds, both foreign and domestic, are bullish about investing in private companies which are on a high growth trajectory in India, according to a consultant. "Cash rich private equity funds are keen on investing in private companies in the software and pharma sector which are clearly the flavour of the stock markets in India," Farokh T Balsara, consultant with Arthur Andersen, told PTI.
PwC book on entering US bourses
GLOBAL consultancy and accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) has released a comprehensive, easy-to-use guide book that advises corporates on the process of approaching the US securities market. Titled 'Entering the United States Markets', this manual responds to the growing need for information in this area and comes at a time when Indian businesses are considering listing on global stock exchanges, a PwC statement said.
