Private equity funds, both foreign and domestic, are bullish about investing in private companies which are on a high growth trajectory in India, according to a consultant. "Cash rich private equity funds are keen on investing in private companies in the software and pharma sector which are clearly the flavour of the stock markets in India," Farokh T Balsara, consultant with Arthur Andersen, told PTI.

Titled 'Entering the United States Markets', this manual responds to the growing need for information in this area and comes at a time when Indian businesses are considering listing on global stock exchanges, a PwC statement said.
