Millennium Series automatic cookers

Indo-Matsuhita Appliances Co Ltd. (IMACO) has introduced its all-new Millennium Series cooking system. The automatic cookers will be available in ten models and will cost nearly 17 per cent less than the earlier models. The company, which is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of National Panasonic automatic cookers and warmers in India, claims that the new models take less cooking time. The company, which has a 90 per cent share in the automatic cooker segment in India, is targeting the middle-income group with its competitive pricing strategy and international design and looks.

Lacoste launches sports socks

Lacoste has added a range of sports socks to its product range. The socks, claims the company, are made from the finest cotton yarn and feature a soft, absorbent terry finish inside. The cotton yarn is supplemented with lycra, which gives the socks better stretchability, a comfortable fit and also prevents them from losing shape. The heels and toes, which are more prone to wear and tear are specially reinforced with polymide for durability and extended life. Priced at Rs 120, the socks are being launched in a standard size and the range comprises the classic plain as well as stripes.

Braun hand blenders

Braun has introduced its latest range of hand blenders in the Indian market. The Braun Multiquick Handblender is the first in the Indian market to have a 250 watt motor, claims the company. It has two attachments: a blender that mixes, whips, blends, purees and mashes. A twist of the blender shaft converts it into a chopper that can grate, chop and mince. The product is available in three models in the price range Rs 1,195 to Rs 1,845.

TSF footwear brand

The Rs 600 million Tej Group has launched its footwear brand TSF in India. The group, with an installed capacity to produce 1,50,000 pairs per month, exports to Germany, France, Denmark, Norway, USA, Australia, UK, Middle-East and other countries. The TSF range consists of Corporate, Comfort Squares, Saturday Wear, Sunday Wear and Outdoor Getaways. The range will be available at all leading stores like Janaki Das, Heels, Fair Deal in Delhi and other stores in Punjab, Haryana, HP, Mumbai, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Chennai.
