Tata Finance appeal dismissed 

 
In a setback to Tata Finance, Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstuction has dismissed the company's appeal against appointment of Industrial Development Bank of India as the operating agency for Chemox Chemicals Industries Ltd. Tata Finance had moved the Appelate Authority against a Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) order in this regard.
