Hyderabad, Dec 6: Zoom Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the US-based Zoom Technologies Inc, has formed a 50:50 joint venture with Lightning Instrumentation, SA of Switzerland to promote high-level 128-bit encryption equipment for net-based transactions.The joint venture will push its Multicom 128 bit encryption routers for ISDN/leased lines in India.
The Swiss firm claims to have developed and produced the smallest ISDN router in the world apart from manufacturing the Multicom series of routers providing safe and reliable solutions for connecting and linking LANS to WANS.
The complete set of features include dial-in and dial-out management, dynamic IP address allocation, integrated web server for management, support for leased line, ISDN and Stac LZS compression.
Zoom Technologies has expertise in Internet, ISDN, data communication, WAN solutions, ISP solutions. The company has implemented several large WAN/ISDN projects for customers like Tata Teleservices, Global Online, SBI, Toshiba, Siris Group, etc.
