NIIT featured among top four companies on the parameter of `Innovative in responding to customers needs' parameter. The companies were also evaluated on several leadership characteristics, including quality of services and products, management's long term vision, financial soundness and being a company others try to emulate. The survey is an annual review conducted in association with AT&T and administered by AC Nielsen Research (Singapore).
