Tata AIG clarifies 

 
January 7: This refers to the article titled `Tata AIG report holds port officers, oil companies responsible for Kandla port disaster' which appeared on December 29. Tata AIG, in its report, has not blamed anybody for the disaster but has said that in future responsibilities should be fixed on various authorities so that loss to life and property is minimised should such calamities recur.
