A top Silverline Technologies official said the company's representatives would be in America to file the prospectus next week and the exact date for the $125-million ADR issue would be finalised soon.

However, the official declined to divulge details on the ADR price, but said the company would complete the issue in the first quarter of the calendar year. The official said the company had already shortlisted a number of merchant bankers for the $125-million issue.

The official said the company had reserved up to two million shares out of the proposed ADR issues for employees of Silverline Technologies (other than promoter directors) or a subsidiary or associate of the company. The Chennai-based firm is promoted by Subra Holding Inc of US.
