Taj targets tea connoisseurs
Hindustan Lever Ltd (HLL) has launched a loyalty programme titled `Taj Shaukeen Club,' aimed at increasing consumer mindshare for Taj Mahal Tea.Conceptualised as a platform for connoisseurs with Taj Mahal tea as their preferred tea brand, membership to the Club will initially be available in the Capital and adjoining areas of Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Noida. A first in the FMCG category, the programme offers a host of incentives like discounts at premium retail outlets, tickets for concerts and plays. Kellogg adds Fruit Loops to breakfast cereal range
Kellogg India has launched the Froot Loop brand of breakfast cereal in the Indian market. Priced at Rs 100 for a 300 gm pack, the product launch comes close on the heels of a recent spate of new product introductions.
Videocon to implement SAP
The Rs 3,500 crore Videocon International Limited is planning to implement SAP across its group companies after a successful trial implementation in its Aurangabad refrigerator plant.
``We have selected Ygyan Consulting as our partner to advise us on all our IT initiatives. They will implement SAP in the rest of our group companies,'' says Videocon Group of companies chairman VN Dhoot.
