Radio ga-ga -- UK NRI to invest Rs 500 crore in radio infrastructure
United Kingdom-based Sunrise Radio chairman Avtar Lit plans to invest up to Rs 500 crore for offering studio and transmission facilities to private radio stations. Plans are also afoot to make a foray into television broadcasting in 2001 with a bouquet of national and regional channels.

IOC keeps aside $12 million to float oil company in Mauritius
The Indian Oil Corporation has earmarked an investment of $12 million for a full-fledged oil company in Mauritius which will comprise a port terminal, service stations, consumer outlets, aviation and bunkering facilities.
