The company is working on the issue size and will finalise the details next month, Chachan said. He added that the new portal called studentsinfoline.com will be operational during next month. The new portal will provide students a variety of information on colleges, examinations, course details etc. The company intends to change its name to Aditya Corporation Ltd.

The company will provide services in advertising, marketing of goods, information through e-commerce, transmitting and transferring data, information andother related activities, he said. Aditya Ispat proposes to provide clients complete web page solutions, develop content and train manpower e-commerce solutions.
