Mumbai, May 2: Cinevista Communications will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) with effect from May 3, the exchange said in its daily bulletin on Tuesday. The shares will also be listed on the NSE. The company made a public issue of 2.53 million shares at a price of Rs 300 each in February. Cinevista is in the business of developing and producing programmes for television.GV Films Ltd is planning a rights equity offering in the ratio of one share for every share held, at a premium to be determined at a later date, the Madras Stock Exchange said on Tuesday.
It said the firm aimed to make the rights issue in September. "The amount of premium will be decided in consultation with merchant bankers depending upon the market conditions prevailing at the time of submitting the rights offer document to SEBI," the exchange quoted the firm as having said.
Shares of the entertainment firm, based in Chennai, ended Tuesday Rs 3.40 lower, at Rs 39.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
