Business management software company Novell Inc warned on Tuesday that itwould report significantly lower earnings and revenues for its fiscal secondquarter just ended due to a decline in sales through distributors andresellers.
For the quarter ended April 30, Provo, Utah-based Novell said it expected toreport total revenue of just over $300 million and earnings of about 8 centsa share, including the benefit of a $35 million royalty payment from CalderaSystems.
IIM(B), Baan enter into MoU
