BlackBerrys, Revlon in strategic tie-uplack
BlackBerrys, a leading specialist trouser brand, has drafted a major ad campaign for its promotional tie-up with Revlon. It plans to run colour ads in all leading national dailies besides a 15-second commercial to be aired on satellite channels. The company has also decided to paint the major `markets' red through its PoP material. The total outlay is close to Rs 1 crore. Revlon will run its ads separately.

The promotion also marks the introduction of classy new shades by BlackBerrys and Revlon for the hot summer of 2000. All Revlon print ads featuring internationally renowned models, would carry the BlackBerrys logo.

Irresistible Greviti
SPL Limited, the makers of Somany Tiles and the second largest player in the Indian tile industry, has come out with a print ad campaign for Greviti-vitrified tiling. The campaign uses a single-minded strategy- a lady as the endorser and "...only two things" as the relatable platform for Greviti tiles. Thus Greviti is paired with diamonds, music, fast cars and tall men in the "I can't resist" list of the lady.
