Emergency shelter programme ends in Kosovo
Several US rehabilitation programmes that were providing emergency shelters in Kosovo have ended. The USAID, Office of US Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) and the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) for Kosovo closed operations, ending their emergency response to the recent conflict in this region.

Club of Tokyo to discuss water
The International Water Resources Association (IWRA) has, in a collaboration with the Tokyo-based International Development Research Institute (IDRA) and the Third World Centre for Water Management (TWC) in Mexico, formed a Club of Tokyo to brainstorm on `global water issues' every year for at least two days.
